A bold statement in colour blocking – our Black, Maroon & Bottle Green Velvet Ensemble.
Crafted in a deep black velvet, this long straight shirt is opulently embellished with gold zari embroidery elevated with hand-worked tilla and sequins. The neckline features a striking V-shaped zari border that extends into an ornate, jewelled tassel pendant with a red droplet, while gold floral embroidery graces the shoulders and sleeves.
The sleeves are the hero – colour-blocked in rich maroon velvet at the cuffs with intricate zari work and a contrasting finish, creating a regal, heritage touch.
Paired with culotte pants featuring a wide maroon border heavily worked in gold zari for a striking contrast. The look is completed with a flowing bottle green organza dupatta with a delicate silver sequin scatter on the pallu and finished with a fine lace edging – adding lightness and sparkle to the velvet richness.
